Supplied in liquid form, flexible MORCRYL™ 410 and MORCRYL™ 460 Plus resins allow printers to control performance under a variety of press conditions. These products enable broader compatibility with pigment types and letdowns including conventional and neutral emulsions, an advantage which enables the use of one line of dispersions that can be utilized for in-plant dispensing equipment.

These newer dispersing resins offer unique advantages for increasingly popular neutral pH processes, too. Inks based on neutral pH emulsions are viscosity-stable over a wide pH range from 7.0 to 9.5 and higher while offering an excellent resolubility/dry speed balance with excellent transfer properties, all of which affect runability. Dispersions based on MORCRYL™ 410 and MORCRYL™ 460 Plus can be used with these emulsions and enhance the finished product, adding improved transparency with outstanding trapping, clarity/gloss and good water resistance.
