Higher Efficiency Dispersing Resins Offer True Advantages

back

Superior color density with stability. New MORCRYL™ styrene acrylic-based dispersing resins are ideal for organic pigments in aqueous media. These new, high efficiency polymers -- MORCRYL™ 410 and MORCRYL™ 460 Plus dispersing resins -- allow higher pigment loadings at higher pigment to binder ratios without compromising on color density and viscosity stability but do not exhibit colloid shocking.

A game-changing advance. With these MORCRYL™ products formulating options of up to 6/1 pigment to binder ratios replace older choices that often necessitated minimum thresholds of 2 to 4 parts pigment to one part binder. This 6-1 ratio is a game-changing advance for the printing industry.

Forty percent dispersions. Dispersions with pigment loadings of more than 40 percent are now possible with new MORCRYL™ resins.

Choose conventional or neutral letdowns. This technology facilitates broader compatibility with pigment types and letdowns including both conventional and neutral emulsions, an advantage which enables the use of one line of dispersions that can be utilized for in-plant dispensing equipment.

Take the guesswork away. MORCRYL™ 410 and Morcryl 460 Plus dispersing resins perform well with fewer adjustments for different color requirements. They achieve outstanding dispersions with very challenging pigments, situations where other products fail.
