Gray Wirth, Rohm and Haas Vice President, Director of Europe, Middle East and Africa Region (EMEAR), is among a handful of chemical industry leaders who will address the Members of the European Parliament as they consider a new legislative package on Climate Change (the proposal for a new European Trading Scheme for the management of CO2 emissions).  Also representing Rohm and Haas at the exhibition are Vice Presidents and EMEAR General Managers Jonathan Hastings and Cheryl Martin.
