Community Advisory Council - Rohm and Haas initiated the Community Advisory Council (CAC). The CAC hosts monthly public meetings to provide an open forum for community concerns. See the Community page for details.
Ohio Chemistry Technology Council Award - In March, 2005, The OCTC presented the Cincinnati facility with an award for Excellence in Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security Performance. The award was presented at the annual OCTC meeting in Columbus, Ohio. Read the details on the Community page.
Rohm and Haas Receives First Ever "Good Neighbor" Award - The Ohio Citizen Action's "Good Neighbor Award" was presented for the first time ever, to Rohm and Haas, Cincinnati and fence line neighbors in December 2004. This award represents a significant achievement for the site in it's efforts to improve its operations, and work with the community to address concerns.
