coatings, and caulks.
Dow owns 880 acres, zoned heavy industrial

approximately 200 of those acres are developed. The site employs approximately 170 people in two manufacturing units and 80 people within an administrative building who support Dow Engineering Solutions and other functions. For emergency response information, please visit our website.
Arkema,
Inc., an independent company, operates an acrylic

this business from Rohm and Haas in 1998.
The Bridge Business Center, also located
within the complex off Route 413, now hosts a corporate
center for companies undertaking research and development,
warehouse, light manufacturing and retail commerce. A
number of these buildings are managed by Preferred Real

industrial park type-setting.
