Domini 400 SocialSM Index
KLD’s Domini 400 SocialSM Index is the established benchmark for measuring the impact of social screening on financial performance. Launched on May 1, 1990, KLD’s DS 400 Index is the first benchmark for equity portfolios subject to multiple social screens. Modeled on the Standard & Poor’s 500 Composite Index, KLD’s Domini 400 Social Index gauges the performance of 400 market capitalizationweighted US equities that represent the universe of companies social investors will buy.

KLD Global SustainabilitySM Index (GSI)
The KLD Global SustainabilitySM Index (GSI) is a
diversified global benchmark constructed using environmental,
social and governance (ESG) factors as selection
criteria.The Index holds the top ESG-ranked companies
by sector in each of three regions: NorthAmerica,
Europe and Asia-Pacific. The GSI, modeled on the
S&P/Citigroup Broad Market Index (BMI) World,
is a float-adjusted market capitalization weighted
index that maintains sector neutrality. To limit
the systemic risk introduced by the ESG selection
process, the GSI achieves sector neutrality through
the application of targeted sector weights that reflect
the relative sector weights of the underlying market.

KLD North America SustainabilitySM Index (NASI)
The KLD North America SustainabilitySM Index (NASI)
is a diversified regional benchmark constructed using
environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors
as selection criteria. The Index is a subset of the
KLD Global Sustainability Index (GSI) andholds the
top ESG-ranked companies by sector in the North America
region. The NASI, modeled on the S&P/Citigroup
Broad Market Index North America (BMI NorthAmerica),
is a float-adjusted market capitalization weighted
index. To limit the systemic risk introduced by the
ESG selection process, the NASI achieves sector neutrality
through the application of targeted sector weights
that reflect the relative sector weights of the underlying
market.

Ethibel Sustainability Index
The Ethibel Sustainability Indexes (ESI) combine a sound
financial return with a positive impact on society by selecting
the world’s leading companies in terms of sustainability.
This set of indexes was first published on June 27, 2002.
The indexes contain the pioneer and best-in-class companies with respect to sustainability across sectors and regions in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific. The distinctive characteristics of Ethibel’s methodology originate from the integration of two of the strongest aspects of Corporate Social Responsibility: sustainable development and stakeholder involvement.
