Safe-handling and environmentally-sound practices and procedures used by our employees to develop, manufacture and transport our products
Safe-handling practices and procedures of our customers to safely use our products throughout the manufacture of end-products for the consumer
Transparency of product information and data to ensure that our customers understand how to use the products we sell
Proper maintenance and/or disposal of storage and transport containers and packaging, after our product has been sold and delivered to the customer
Effective product stewardship can add value and forge better relationships with our customers, to ultimately benefit the community and the global economy. We accomplish this by:
Listening to customer concerns and conveying them to the individuals who design our products, delivery systems, and service programs
Using our technical expertise to meet customer needs beyond traditional price and product performance to include ‘rethinking’ their products so as to reduce use of toxic substances, promote reuse and recyclability and increase productivity
Using our extensive knowledge of regulatory affairs to help customers comply with global regulations, so as to minimize delays in commercializing products and ultimately meet or exceed environmental guidelines for production
Helping customers understand the environmental impact of product, packaging and process design, and their inherent effects in the marketplace
Suggesting alternatives to improve workplace safety and reduce liabilities
Identifying opportunities to conserve energy and reduce waste
