Customers benefit from continuous product innovations
Rohm and Haas has a well-deserved reputation in the flexible packaging
market for its innovative approach to product development, creating
opportunities for customers to differentiate their offerings and improve
their bottom line. In fact, it was Rohm and Haas that introduced ELM
(extremely low monomer) and – just last year – acrylic
water-based adhesives to the market, both based on environmentally
friendly technologies that offer greater supply chain flexibility and
address a host of EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) issues. The company
is currently using its strong R&D capabilities to develop adhesives
suitable for more complex tasks, including medium and high performance
applications.
“The Bremen Technical Service Center is a tremendous
technical resource for our customers in the converting
and flexible packaging industry,” says Werner Fraenzel
Read, Commercial Manager, Rohm and Haas. “We have
in one central location decades of experience, unrivaled
technical expertise, and a vision for the almost limitless
possibilities of this market. It’s a very exciting
time.” |
