Analytical and Prep Scale Reversed Phase Chromatography HPLC Columns

for Methods Development and Pilot Scale Purification and Polishing

 

AMBERCHROM™ Profile™ Reversed Phase Chromatography HPLC columns are an extension of our existing AMBERCHROM™ XT line offering 10, 20, and 30 µm particle sizes with higher pressure capabilities, improved resolution and the same exceptional stability to caustic CIP procedures. They can be operated over a wider pH range (1-14) than silica products.

 

AMBERCHROM™ Profile™ HPLC columns are targeted for peptide, protein, and oligonucleotide purification and the methods development needs of the biopharmaceutical industry. Customers are demanding an economical alternative to silica in their reversed phase chromatographic protocols. AMBERCHROM™ Profile™ HPLC columns provide customers with an easy, ready to use format for their resin evaluation and scale up requirements in purifying hydrophobic and polar peptides, small proteins and oligonucleotides.

 

Amberchrom™ Profile™ columns are available in 10, 20, 30 µm particle sizes in column diameter of 4.6, 10, 20 and 50 mm and enable a seamless scale up into large scale production. Larger column sizes are available, please contact your local sales representative or authorized distributor for information

 

 

AMBERCHROM™ Profile™ XT30 HPLC columns

are ideal for development and scale up of front end capture from fermentation or synthesis mixtures providing the ability to isolate and purify in a single step,

       
 

AMBERCHROM™ Profile™ XT20 HPLC columns

provide improved resolution and purity required for capture steps that employ higher pressures

or final product polishing steps in the purification train,

 
       
 

AMBERCHROM™ PROFILE™ HPR10 HPLC columns

provide resolution that is equal or superior to traditional RPC Silica in final product polishing steps. The unique monosized 10 µm resin used in the Amberchrom Profile HPR10 columns provide excellent efficiencies, improved separations profiles, and high loading capacities that are difficult to achieve with silica based media.
