Reversed Phase Chromatographic Resins
for Biomolecule Purification and Polishing
AMBERCHROM XT chromatographic media are a refinement of the existing AMBERCHROM CG line offering higher pressure capabilities, improved resolution and the same stability to caustic CIP procedures. They are targeted for biomolecule purification and address the needs of the customer for an economical alternative to silica in their reversed phase chromatographic protocols. AMBERCHROM XT media have demonstrated exceptional in purifying hydrophobic and polar peptides, small proteins and oligonucleotides. They are ideally suited for therapeutic proteins such as insulin.
Downstream purification can be optimized by taking advantage of their excellent pH stability in purifying a wide range of peptides and oligonucleotides, which means higher plant productivity at lower cost. The resolving power of AMBERCHROM XT delivers high yield-purity in the separation, and their superior rigidity permits use with medium pressure equipment, up to 60 bar.
Available in two different particle size ranges (20 and 30 microns) AMBERCHROM XT are compatible with most organic solvents, dilute acids and bases:
|
AMBERCHROM XT30 is ideal for front end capture from fermentation or synthesis procedures, |

AMBERCHROM XT20 provides the resolution and purity required for final product polishing steps in the purification train. |
